Cleaning Policy

Renting Rules

  1. NO shoes inside
  2. NO pets inside (no exceptions)
  3. Eat only at tables
  4. Eat Popsicles/Frozen Push-Pops outside
  5. Linens in Tupperware containers in bedrooms are for that room only.  Boxes are labeled.
  6. Leave the cabin better then you found it
  7. HAVE FUN!

Cleaning Checklist

-Wash linens and vacuum all bedrooms.
-Clean carpet spills immediately and report it when you return the cabin key
-Return all mattresses upstairs to the pile under the rafters
-Fold all blankets and stack neatly by mattresses
-Clean toilets, tubs, and sinks with cleaner
-Clean out fridge of perishables when leaving
-Empty dishwasher and washer/dryer at end of stay
-Dust entertainment centers, dressers, and tables
-Lock and clean all windows
-Mop all tile and wood floors
-Empty all garbage’s and take to dumpster's
-Turn off all lights and fans
-Double check flood lights on deck and porch are OFF
-Adjust thermostat to 50 degrees
-Lock all doors and return key
-Turn down spa and replace cover if used
-Items on Bathroom shelves belong to Robbins Nest owners, they would appreciate it if those items were not used by guests.
